What a launch request records
The form saves your email, country eligibility, technical preference, career focus, consent date and consent-text version. Optional discovery answers and limited campaign fields help us understand how people found the brief. This is a request for a launch invitation; weekly delivery starts only after email confirmation.
Where it is stored
Launch-list records are stored in the site’s hosted database. If email delivery is enabled, your address and confirmation or newsletter message are sent to Resend for delivery. We do not automatically enroll readers from another newsletter, sell the email list or share it with advertisers.
Measurement
The site records page-view and employer-click events with a page path, date, referrer hostname and a small set of campaign labels. A first-party cookie keeps the initial landing page, referral labels, an anonymous random visitor ID and a qualified-campaign flag for 30 days. The ID lets us estimate distinct visitors during the 14-day test; it is not a device fingerprint and does not contain your email. Subscriber issue links use a separate random ID so the owner can count how many confirmed readers click an employer link. We do not put your email in page URLs or analytics events.
Keeping your choices intact
An unauthenticated form submission cannot replace the preferences of an existing confirmed subscriber. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use a private token rather than your email address in the URL.
Leaving the list
Confirmation emails and future issues include an unsubscribe link. That link opens a page where you can confirm the choice; opening the link alone does not change your subscription. If a request has not become a confirmed subscription within 90 days, the launch-list record is due for deletion.
Before public launch
This is a private review version. A public launch requires a support contact and working sender so readers can request access, correction or deletion of their subscription record. Weekly email delivery is not active in this review version.
