AI enablement is the work of helping a team put AI tools into useful, repeatable practice. A role may involve choosing use cases, teaching staff, setting safe-use rules, redesigning workflows and measuring whether people continue to use them. It is broader than a one-off training session: the goal is sustained adoption and a business result.
Titles cover different work. An internal AI transformation lead coordinates teams, policy and adoption. A product manager for AI enablement builds capabilities that help other teams ship or use AI. An AI outcomes manager works with customers after purchase to turn deployments into measurable value. Read the posting for the audience, the systems owned and whether the role requires coding.

Enablement does not automatically mean nontechnical. Some similarly titled jobs are software-engineering roles.
